Part 3 of “In Reaction to Marc Emery’s Extradition: What I plan to do to help end the ‘War on Drugs’” (Part 1, Part 2) is turning out to be a very delicate piece, and since it is meant to partially explain why, after 5 years on this site, I am about to take a major sabbatical, I’m going to take a few extra days putting it together.
